Great place to stay at Breckinridge. Easy check-in and its convenient location in terms of walking to downtown, but also it is right next to the Trolly stop to take you to Breckenridge Station which takes you up to the peaks.

We stayed 4 nights/5 days and we had no idea what to expect. We arrived to find the condo perfect in size, there were 6 adults, each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom, all private. The bedrooms were small and the beds left a lot to be desired but the rooms were clean. We had a problem with the Fist Alert Carbon Monoxide unit, it began beeping late one evening, we found batteries and changed them to no avail, it kept beeping. Turning the unit over we could see that it had expired in 2007 so the only thing that could be done was replacing the old unit which they did the next morning.

We had the best time. The place was nicer than the pictures. We walked everywhere and conveniently next to a grocery store too. There were 4 adults and 2 children and plenty of room. The pantry was stocked with essentials which was nice as well.

This place was fantastic! It’s perfect for a group and had everything we needed! The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils you would need. We especially loved that each bedroom had a private bathroom! That’s hard to find sometimes. We will definitely rent again!

Great stay! The only Airbnb that had lots of spices and sauces to make homecooked meals with friends. The space was bigger thank it looked to me in the photos. SUPER walkable to downtown Breck. There was some overhead noise from the unit above (this unit is on the first floor) but we were so tired after skiing all day it didn’t bother us too much

We stayed for a week with my family. It was spacious and a great location (walking distance to Carter Park). Checking in was simple and easy. The place is well-stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. Note: Washer and dryer are communal on the property and take coins ($2/use i think). The washer was out of order during our stay.

This stay has been one of the best in Breckenridge , the place makes you feek right at home, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It ia very close to Main St which is full of great dining options, also a block and half away from grocery store. The kids enjoyed the sledding hill which is right behind the place, and the board games in the house. We can not say enough about this place!

This condo worked out well for us. The 3 bedrooms with queen beds and private baths worked perfectly for us and our adult children with spouses. The property itself is older and shows it’s age but it was clean and the location couldn’t be beat. We didn’t move the car in the week and half we were there. Ot was a short 5 minute walk to dining and shopping on Main St. It was quiet and night and early morning hours. We all agreed we’d stay here again.

We really enjoyed this property for our two week stay in Breck! Never thought I would say this, but the management company was INCREDIBLY helpful and responsive-even offered to accept an Amazon package to ensure delivery! FYI this property has quite a few kids booster seats as well as several pack and plays which is super nice! (Just wish we had known so we didn’t bring ours) great location in respect to the elementary school playground as well which is handy if you’re visiting outside of school season.

We were a group of six and this suite was perfect for our week stay in Breck. It is nicely decorated, in a quiet area, has a stocked kitchen (cooking equipment wise) and an easy walk to Breckenridge Main Street. We had some minor issues while there and the management company was very responsive. I would stay there again.

This place was PERFECT! Plenty of space for a family to spend while in Breck. We loved that each room has its own full bathroom. There is also a full kitchen which we used a few times during our stay. It’s in a perfect location (5-10 min walk from Main Street) and close to everything! Our family of 5 adults (ages 19-58) stayed for almost a week in the property. The 3 bed/ 3 bath was perfect and there was plenty of space for everyone. Even the pull out couch was comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed (plus some), each bedroom had a nice flat screen tv and the best part was the heated floors! The location is perfect and only about 2 blocks from downtown by accessing a short cut through near the property. We drove to the gondola and other mountain drop off locations - was a short hike which we did not want to do hauling our ski/snowboard gear. The bus does pick up right outside of the condo, but we chose to drive the 2 minutes to the mountain parking. The hot tub was closed due to COVID - which is understandable. We loved it and recommend to anyone looking for a nice getaway in Breck!

The kitchen is well-equipped (even had 2 coffee makers: a Keurig and a traditional drip). The breakfast area can easily seat 8 people. The furniture is new and comfortable.

Main street is a short walk away. The Blue Route bus stops right by the property(100 feet to the bus stop) and leads to either the base of Peak 9 or the Gondola.

There is also a great park with a playground and a sledding hill right behind the property (walking distance). There is even a small grocery store a couple of blocks away. We never used our car except for grocery shopping. We will return to this property. It was perfect.

We came up to Breck with my mother who is in her 70s and does not get around really well. From this location, we could all walk to restaurants which was fantastic! There is a small deck overlooking the parking lot, but you still get Mountain View’s in the distance. Leaves were beautiful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this charming and spacious condo very close to downtown Breckenridge. We loved using the kitchen and large dining table for family dinners. We had six adults and a toddler and felt like we had plenty of space to spread out and relax (the twin pull out is awesome for little kids!) The short walk downtown was very convenient, too. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family was in Breckenridge for our sons wedding. This was a great condo for our stay- 3 rooms, each with their own bathroom so family that doesn't live close to each other could stay together w/o worrying about "social distancing". Great location-since the streets in town were blocked off to allow for restaurants to place tables outside, parking downtown was tough. We were close enough to town to easily walk anywhere we wanted and were able to return from the "rogue" wedding at Blue Lakes, park at the condo, and walk to the restaurant for the reception. We were given a guest pass for an extra car to park so our son was also able to park there to walk. Condo was clean, sanitation was thorough, and check-in was a breeze.

This is an ideal condo in Breckenridge. Everything is set up for a successful stay. Each bedroom has its own bathroom; the kitchen is well supplied for family meals in; it has all the necessary electronics, including wifi and Google Play. Most importantly the location cannot be beat. It is literally steps away (there are some hidden steps across the street) from Main St. Within a minute you can walk to everything in town, When we return this is where we will stay.

This was our second time staying at this condo. For our situation, 3 couples (= 6 total people), it is perfect. Each of the 3 BRs has an on-suite bathroom, making it ideal for a week of skiing and family, with the ability to retreat when downtime is needed. Kitchen is well-stocked with utensils, pans, plates, and other items necessary to cook. A grocery and liquor store three blocks away makes it easy to get what you need to cook. About the only minor complaint would be the age of the dishwasher. While it works, it is clunky, doesn't clean particularly well, and should be replaced. Hopefully by next time we visit. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental unit was perfect for our long weekend in Breckenridge. The kitchen is fully stocked, allowing us to cook all of our meals. We had plenty of space to relax and socialize. The unit was very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub was just a few steps out the door of our unit. There was a shuttle to take us to the slopes right outside the unit as well. We will absolutely stay here again!!

We had an absolute blast staying at this condo in Breck. It’s on the edge of town so walking anywhere is easy. Additionally the busses are free, easy, and will take you up to the mountain peaks. I would absolutely stay here again! Check in was trivial, and the place was perfect for our group.

Beautiful home in a great location! Very roomy with plenty of room for some of our extended family to stay with us and close enough to Main St. we could walk everywhere, even with a 4 year old. The home is stocked with everything you could need, and we look forward to our next visit!

We had an excellent stay at the 10 Mile Suites 103 and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a 3-Bedroom location close to town. The rooms are, essentially, all the same: Queen bed and an attached bathroom in each bedroom. One room (not pictured in the images), is slightly larger and includes a loveseat. The living room is spacious, the fire place is easy to operate, and the sofa bed was actually very comfortable (firm mattress). Our group was 4 adults and 2 kids (family of 2 and two grandmothers). Each grandma had their own room, my wife and I had one and the kids moved between grandmothers rooms and the sofa bed. The kids liked the sofa bed once they tried it. Everyone felt the beds were fine; not the most comfortable, but by no means uncomfortable. The kitchen was larger and fully stocked with more than enough kitchen equipment to cook dinners. There is also a crockpot, although we did not use it, which is an awesome option to have for warm, hearty apres-ski dinners. There is ample storage areas for coats and boots right inside the door and there is a ski locker just inside the main entrance to the building. The location is good overall. The blue route stops within a block of the condo making access to peak 9 base area and the gondola very easy, but services end at 5PM. Walking back from town at night is easy, approximately 4-5 blocks, however the street is not very well lit and the sidewalks were not completely clear; keep that in mind for icy days.

Everything was great! We had an issue with on if the showers not working but the handyman was there very quickly to resolve the issue! It’s was very clean and well kept. We walked to downtown everyday- super convenient.

11/10. Brought some friends out to Breckenridge for Spring break and this house was incredible. Multiple comfortable beds and pull out couches to accommodate a lot of people. Nice televisions with direct TV in every room. The kitchen came equipped with everything we needed to whip up some big meals. Location was prime, just a 2 minute walk to the center of Main Street and a 5 minute bus ride to beaver run or the gondola. This place even had Connect 4... we will be coming back next year.

We had a great trip to the Ten Mile Suites. Very close to town and quick access to everything Breckenridge has to offer. Condo was amazing! Very spacious and clean.... we will definitely look into this place for our next trip to Breck!

It's not cheap but the fact it's walkable to both the downtown area and even the gondola up the mountain is a big convenience, if you want to skip the shuttle. Also enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen and the fact that all three bedrooms had private bathooms. We also had friends sleep on the couch foldout one night and they said it was comfortable. All in all, a great place. We'd stay there again.

Absolutely loved this suite! The location was really convenient, there was a sledding park next door and just a short walk from Main street. Check-in was easy, the unit was clean and had everything we needed. Also, the fireplace and hot tub were a great bonus. We went with 3 couples and the 3 bedroom 3 bathroom set-up was perfect. Would definitely recommend!

Toby's place was clean, comfortable, and convenient, situated just a block off Breckenridge's Main Street and a 10-minute walk to the Quicksilver Lift. Our group of seven -- three adult couples and a toddler -- appreciated the ample space, modern amenities, and lot parking for our car and Toby's quick responses.

The condo is in a prime location for easily reaching the heart of the city and the lifts at Peak 9. The condo is very well stocked, is clean and roomy, and has access to a hot tub and ski storage room. Our group of 8 enjoyed the spacious living room with fireplace, the efficient kitchen, and 3 en suite bedrooms. We hope to return in the future!

The first place I've stayed in that was bigger than the pics made it look. It has 3 full bedrooms that all have own bath and all have own smart tv that has lots of channels. nice tv and sound bar and fire in main room also, full kitchen with everything you need. steps to all the bars and restaurants but yet never had any issues with noise as its tucked away nicely

We really appreciated how well stocked and spacious the kitchen was, we were able to cook Thanksgiving dinner with ease! We had a great time at this airbnb! It was central to everything, walkable if you want, very clean, and well supplied. It was the perfect setup for three couples as each room has its own bathroom. The check in was efficient! They called me on my way up and gave us instructions for going straight there. They also had a crock pot there since we requested it!! The only complaint that we had was that the Internet was a little slow...other than that it was exactly what we expected or better ?

Sincere thanks for coordinating and sharing this amazing residence with us. Three bedrooms three baths was truly amazing. The less than five minute walk to Main Street was so convenient. Free ride bus stop right outside made this location well worth the extremely reasonable price. Toby went above and beyond to ensure we could check in early after multiple cancelled flights out of Atlanta.

We stayed at #103 20 S. French St - Ten Mile Suites - in Breckenridge in February 2017. Overall, the unit is outstanding, with a well-stocked set of household items and a courteous and responsible management team.
The unit itself is exactly as pictured in the photos. Each of the three bedrooms has a private full bath suite. Additionally, each bedroom has a TV with Direct TV hookup, making it easy to seclude yourself when needed.
The kitchen was well stocked: it has enough glassware, plates, and cooking supplies to easily handle a large crew. Extras such as muffin pans and baking supplies just make it better. It came with a fully stocked spice rack as well - what a bonus! For coffee people (that's us), there are two options: a standard 12-cup drip brew unit, or a Keurig machine if that's your way. And plenty of quality coffee cups.
The hot tub is located right outside the front door of the condo building, about 20 steps from the front door. It was attended to by a service staff at least twice while we're there, making us feel very comfortable about its upkeep.
The location is ideal for Peak 9 Base and access to the Quicksilver lift. There is a right-of-way access steps that lead directly from the corner of South Park Ave and South Main Ave. It runs next to Mountain Flying Fish, and extends across Ridge St up a set of stairs to French Ave. This made getting to Quicksilver staging area about a four block walk. Its uphill from the lift to the condo, which means you're carrying gear uphill at the end of the day.
There's also a nice condo community storage point for skis or snowboards, and the overall condo building is well-kept. The garbage collection point is about 50 feet from the front door of the unit.
About the only down side to us was the lack of recycling at the unit. There is no central collection point for recycling or recycling pick up service at the condo. The management staff suggested we could take our recyclables to the Breck recycle center, but as we didn't have a car this didn't seem practical.
Overall, an outstanding experience. The location, quality of furnishings, attention to details, and amenities make this one heck of a great deal for groups of couples.

This place was so nice, fresh, new and well equipped. Those who wanted to ski had easy access to gondola and those who didn't, could walk to downtown. Everything was high end from the mattresses to the kitchen. We loved our family vacation and recommend this spot to anyone.

Our stay here was wonderful. The place is truly spacious, we travelled with 5 adults and everyone had their own private place to stay as well as a wonderful common area to hang out as a group. All the rooms were very comfortable, each with their own attached bathroom which was wonderful. The host provided the basic amenities not only in the bathrooms, but also in the kitchen. The condo was walking distance to Main Street, which has restaurants and shops. Also, the free transport in Breck had a pickup right in front of the condominium. The free transport takes you all around Breck, including to the ski areas which was very convenient. Loved our stay here!

Great place if you're visiting Breck to ski or just see the town. Close to everything and great accommodations. Only downside is there is no common area bathroom if someone stays on the pullout couch in the living room.
