Great place to stay in Breckenridge for a warm March week! Clean & comfortable, king size bed would be nice. We would have used air conditioning if available, so glad windows opened. Perfect location

The pull out couch could use a new mattress. We had a 6 and 9 year old and after the first night, they opted to sleep on just the couch because it was so uncomfortable. The footboard in the bedroom sticks out very far and it’s a tight squeeze, so you have to be extra careful or you’ll have some nice bruises. Kitchen was well stocked! We had an amazing weekend in Breckenridge, and were so happy with this AirBnB. The place was literally right next to the lift - we ended up coming back for lunch and a rest each of our ski days, which was an amazing option to have. We ended each day with a soak in the hot tub meeting some other guests, and it was a very quick walk into town for dinner and shopping. Great place to stay close to everything that we wanted to do! Walked downtown for all of our meals, coffee, to the Isak Troll!
Negatives - they were doing tile in the entrance - while we took it easy to relax in the afternoon - the sound of the grinding tools and saws was pretty annoying - said it was to be completed by Friday at noon - we checked out on Sunday and we were able
To walk across the entry - wasn’t a huge deal - but the noise was irritable . Understand that they want it done before ski season - just not when we are paying to use it !

Great place to stay in Breckenridge! You can walk to town a few minutes in one direction and go for a hike a few minutes in the other direction. The view overlooking the mountains was beautiful. After a clunky checkin, it all worked out great. The property was very well kept up and in a fantastic location. You can walk to downtown or even for a hike from the front door. Overall, things were great! When you rent a place like this, it's not about the stay but the reason you are there. You aren't going to spend the majority of your time in the rental. Surprisingly, this rental came with things we didn't expect such as multiple rolls of tp or multiple dishwashing packets - it's usually 1 for most rentals. There were items suppled which were bonuses like soaps and lotions, plastic storage bags, coffee filters, shopping bags and spices - supplied or leftover matters not. There is no AC so having a little fan in the closet was awesome to keep the condo cool with west facing windows. Rental's so close to everything we literally only moved our car 2 times in 4 days - 1 hike and to leave. Lift for peak 9 is right out back. 1 of 2 hot tubs was down. Passes to pool and other tubs big plus - short walk. Bedroom small/pinchy but comfortable. Check in/out going to management office less than desirable but very accommodating to our timing. Great stay. I don't think we could have stayed anywhere closer to the lift. Amazing to be able to walk right out and ski back in within minutes. Huge plus that we could easily walk within minutes for coffee in the morning and dinner/drinks later on.
Hosts were super responsive within minutes of any inquiry.
Only negative was that the pull out couch was old and very uncomfortable. It would probably be ok for young kids but not great for adults.
But all in all, I'd stay here again in a second.

This year I decided to stay in a different unit. I was very happy with unit 509. It was exactly as pictured and described. The Kitchen and bathroom was well stocked. The unit was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The heat was easy to control which is important in the middle of the winter. The location is idea for skiing and it is a short walk to town. There is also a bus stop for the free town bus system just across the street. The management company was very responsive when I had a minor question. Four words - ski in, ski out! The quicksilver chair lift is right outside the back door which made getting to/from the mountain seamless. No stress around transportation, whatsoever. The condo is even walking distance from main street and sits across the street from a shuttle stop, if you were looking to get over to the gondola or other side of town near peaks 1-4.
The condo itself was clean, cozy and the fireplace was a lovely touch as the main source of heat. Kitchen is fully equipped, indoor and outdoor hot tubs are nice and spacious and there’s a sauna onsite, too.

Great place,
The place was great, exactly what we were looking for and right on the slopes. Also within easy walk of restaurants and shops. The only hitch was the check-in process which can only be done at the property manager’’s office. We had intended to take a shuttle from the Denver airport with all our ski gear but had to rent a car in order to pick up and drop off the keys since walking with our equipment wasn’t practical. We're glad you enjoyed the condo! This condo does require you to pick up keys at our office, because the building is locked and the HOA does not allow key storage in a lockbox on site. However, all shuttle drivers will stop at our office to allow you to pick up the keys - which is what we suggested to Eytan. What we could not accommodate was meeting Eytan at the condo building at 1AM to deliver keys. Cozy apartment at a great price! The location relative to town and the skiing is perfect. Biggest hurdle for us was the couple of stairs between the parking lot and the elevator because we were on a trip-within-a-trip and had a lot of luggage. Awesome location for skiing in/out of Breckenridge. My sons and I loved being able to have lunch in the room and relax a bit before hitting the slopes again in the afternoon. We didn’t rent a vehicle and walked everywhere which was a nice change of pace.

The description of the property was accurate except there was a pool pass that was not mentioned in the amenities. Our room was located on the street side which had constant car and bus traffic. Location, Location, Location
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great ski in/out condo near base of peak 9 with view of mountains, indoor and outdoor hot tub in a well appointed 1 bed room apartment.
