The Tyra Riverbend lodge is a perfect blend of winter accessibility, summer fun, vacation comfort, and total escape. In the summer, you are right next to trails, and town, making it a perfect location for any season. In the winter, you are right next to the Snowflake Lift making it super easy to access the slopes.

Inside the condo, you will find a quaint and cozy studio with all the touches of home. An open and functional living room includes a four-seat table and pillowy couch, all surrounding a fireplace and flat screen tv. The kitchenette offers a great place to prepare quick meals. The open bedroom includes a nice comfy queen bed, and just enough storage for your belongings. The unit is equipped with two 3/4 bathrooms for plenty of functionality. Enjoy the indoor or outdoor hot tubs after the day's adventures. Or there are also a sauna and steam room and you'll also find a fitness center. Tyra Riverbend has everything you are looking for.

A stones throw from the Snowflake lift is the main attraction to this condo. Efficient is the word here. Had a blast skiing, and I am still recovering from 7 days of skiing. Indoor heated parking and a ski locker were wonderful. I was worried about laundry facilities, but there are coin operated machines a few steps away.

Ski Trip

Thanks for helping with a place to put my skis and luggage when I arrived early. The condo is right next door to the lift and only a half mile from town. I didn't need a car with great transportation all around. Thanks

Convenient Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is very good, ski out, 2 min walk home, bus stops 2 min away for going to town. Property Manager is excellent. I had an issue with the shower that was addressed promptly with great communication. Can hear people in the hot tub at night but the portable fan covers that up. However, it rattles unless it is on high. Info that would have been helpful upon arrival: ski locker location - back right of garage, quickest lift access - there is a door on 1st floor near lift, best way to ski home - 2 options, 4'clock run and Snowflake run. Condition would 5 stars except for the damaged blinds and worn carpet. A soap holder in shower would be nice.

Great ski in/ski out condo!

My husband and I just spent 5 days at this condo and it was perfect for us! It is steps away from the Snowflake ski lift as well as a BlueSky Ski and Snowboard rentals. BlueSky lets you leave your skis and boot there which is another huge plus to this condo location! The condo was very clean. It’s a cozy place and the perfect size for a couple. Check-in, parking and check-out were all very easy and communication with the owners was great during every part of the process. The area around the condo is quiet and the hot tub is right outside the condo. We would definitely stay here again!

Great little condo for a ski weekend. Perfect size for 2 people. The shower head’s pressure is a little aggressive and the bed could be comfier, but the unit was super clean and is an amazing location.
The amenities are great…. heated garage (a nice surprise for us!), the hot tubs were used every night.
Location can’t be beat… 50 steps (if that) from the ski lift and a 1/2 mile walk to Main St.
We’ll definitely plan on staying again next time we visit Breckenridge.

Our stay was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Lift access and ski trails coming back are right next door. It also was great to be able to park inside a heated garage.
