We loved the condo. Spacious, clean, all the amenities one needs. My wife and I stayed for two weeks and had friends visit for a weekend - plenty of room for everyone. Toby Anthony’s place is in the perfect location for what we need - ski in/out and it was immaculately clean and is one of the most well equipped places we’ve stayed in.
The bonus for us was there was lots of hanging space for skis/poles and clothing with the addition of a drying rack for the skis - no drips or mess on the floor and our skis were completely dry before packing. Happy to recommend it and to stay there again.Annie - Posted: 1/31/2026

Wonderful condo
Very spacious condo. Wildlife right outside the back deck. My only complaint which is of no fault of Toby, but we had some noisy (like real noisy) people above us for the last 2 nights. Again this is no fault of Toby's, but it is important to note that there is a condo above you. Other than that one issue, this was a fantastic place to stay. Great ski in/out location
The home was wonderful. The shared pool/hot tub is on the far side of the other building on the property, so not very convenient, but that didn’t bother us. Having a unit above us with loud occupants was a little annoying, but the property managers did what they could to mitigate. The unit was very cozy with a great layout for our family of 4. Truly Ski In Ski out

Great ski in, ski out location at Breckinridge
Two bed, two bath was more than enough for 2 of us. Lower Four O'Clock run takes you right outside the condo. In the morning you can ski down to the snowflake lift or walk 2 blocks to the gondola. Great place! Very clean, great appliances, comfy beds. Great little hike behind the condo. Patio did look bigger than I though but still great for two people. The neighbors upstairs were very loud walking. Did reach out to the host and they answered quickly, unfortunately there was nothing that could be done. Very nice condo. Good location for ski-in/out (note: you must take a lift -snowflake- to access to Peak 8 or Peak 9 base areas, but works very well. Estimate 15/20 minutes skiing&lift from condo to Peak 8 base (ski school or Colorado or Rocky Mountain Superchairs).
The Condo perfectly fits for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) or for a group of 5 or 6 (in this case you will need to use the sofa bed in the main saloon).

Fabulous vacation, wonderful condo.
We are avid vacation rental customers and have a broad array of experiences with these types of accommodations. Toby & Lauretta’s property was exceptional within our experiences.
Ideally located in Breckenridge, close enough to walk to town, yet far enough away to be peaceful and relaxing. An easy walk up or down the 4 O’clock run to Sawmill Creek trail and reservoir.
The weather was beautiful, even the afternoon thunderstorms. The high temperatures were never above 74. The view from the balcony is an open vista of mountains and woodlands. We ate most meals on the balcony to take advantage of the weather and view.
Toby and Lauretta clearly value their property. Amenities are abundant, as listed on the website. I enjoy cooking, even on vacation. The kitchen has great appliances and every kitchen tool and spice that you will need to make any meal. Bedrooms and baths are comfortable and configured for privacy especially for us, since one of us is an early riser. Furnishings are clean and comfortable.

First up, this is a true ski in-ski out unit. You ski down to the Snowflake lift in the morning, just need to pop out of skis to cross the road. Then in the afternoon you ski right down Four O’Clock directly into the back of the building. Couldn’t be any easier. Town is totally walkable, but we opted to drive as it gets cold in the evenings and was a little too far to go with cold kids.
The unit itself is beautiful- clean, nicely updated, and spacious. Two highlights were the entry area and the kitchen. The entryway was hands down the most thoughtfully designed ski house entry that I’ve ever seen. Tons and tons of custom racks and a long bench made getting in and out with five skiers a breeze. Plenty of places to hang coats and gear with room to spare. And a long drip tray for snowy ski boots - genius! The kitchen was clearly outfitted by someone who cooks. They had every countertop appliance (even an electric kettle!) and utensils and gadgets galore. A microplane! Egg poaching cups! It was a joy to cook here instead of the usual making do with rental house stuff.
Laundry in the unit was really helpful. Parking was great - underground but our minivan + pod was easily able to clear the ceiling, which was a huge relief. Unit was also very clean and felt luxe but homey. The perfect place to relax after burning our legs off on the slopes. Highly recommend!!!Kristi - Posted: 3/25/2022

First time experiencing ski in/out life and will never go back. Toby & Lauretta's condo in particular is in an awesome location right on the side of Four O Clock run. The inside is cozy and fully equipped; it was hard to believe we could just walk right out and hit the slopes. Loved being able to cook breakfast, hit the slopes, and cruise straight home at the end of the day to warm up by the fire and cook din. The agency was easy to work with and gave detailed instructions about the house. Plenty of dishes, towels, and a full size washer/dryer to use. They even have 2 closets full of games to play. Firstly, the location is absolutely stellar! From the back porch alone, we were able to safely watch moose, red foxes and tons of birds.
The view from both the front and back of the home are phenomenal both day and night. You can see Breckenridge down below and peak 8!
The heated pool was especially great for keeping 3 children busy and entertained.
Being that we lived in Seattle for a while, we respected and appreciated the homeowners obvious affection for coffee.

Great apartment completely ski in, ski out overlooking 4 O'clock run. stunning outlook over the mountains. Only a short ski to the Snowflake lift, take your ski's off to cross the road and you have direct access to Peak 8 and 9.
Very clean and warm, great fire to relax in front of after a great day skiing. Kitchen very well equipped with everything you would need and the 8 person dining room table was great for evening dinners in with another family who were staying in the same complex.
Comfortable beds and the kids loved having a TV in their room.
Nespresso Machine much appreciated for the morning coffee.
A lovely walk down to Main Street, we used Uber to get home from dinner/drinks out and very reasonable at about $12 - $15 and a lovely chat to the locals.
Indoor and outdoor hot tub and pool at the end of Block A, which you can access along the outside corridor. Crowded on the holiday weekend but OK the rest of the time.
The only slight problem was the internet didn't work, we couldn't locate the router, and no instructions as to where it was located, so couldn't turn it on and off. As we were taking a bit of a break from technology we didn't miss it too much.

We stayed here during the summer and the place was great. It was close to downtown, although I don't think I would walk it. The walk down would be easy but you would have to walk back up a pretty big hill to get back. I think this place would be great during ski season, it is right off the slope. Also, ran into a moose (which was pretty cool) as we were leaving the condo to go on a hike.Cindy - Posted: 8/7/2017
