We loved this location! Very peaceful and beautiful, we loved sitting on the porch, watching the hummingbirds. There are several beautiful hiking trails right out the front door that we took advantage of too. Communication with Toby was fantastic! Replies were very quick and any questions were handled very reasonably! We will be back!

This was such a sweet condo in a beautiful and peaceful area in Breckinridge. The condo was equipped with all necessary items. It was quiet and perfect for a getaway trip in the mountains. The heater worked great and also the fireplace. Only 8 minutes from the ski slopes at Breckinridge and also 9 minutes from small town of Frisco. We went to the Walmart in Frisco which was convenient. Would definitely stay here again!!!! Loved it!!!!

We had an awesome stay at this Airbnb in March! The location was perfect—plenty of snow right outside the door for the kids to enjoy, and it was ideally situated with quick access to Breckenridge, Frisco, and Copper Mountain, where all our activities were. The beds weren’t the most comfortable, but everything else was great. We did have a small issue with the internet, but the owners were super responsive and helped us out right away. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

Just how it was listed. The closest hot tub wasn’t working, but the host let us know there is another one down the road in walking distance! Be prepared for hard beds as they are quite firm.

Well appointed, easy-living condo layout on the first floor makes it feel like you are camping with all the amenities of home. Great location. Close to town but not in it. Hiking trails everywhere. Enjoy the rocks, trees, and flowers from the patio and for fishing, the Blue River is a short walk down the street. Perfectly delivers the best of Rocky Mountain summer experiences.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked last minute and were very happy with this choice. It was perfect for our small family of three. There were two bedrooms and two bathrooms giving us space from our teenage daughter. The gas fireplace was perfect after a day of skiing and heated up the condo quickly. The kitchen wired well and had all the main supplies. Location was perfect for Breck and Keystone. We even skied Vail and Beaver Creek and it was nice to be close to 70 to hop on and off. We would definitely rent this condo again.

We could not have been happier staying at Toby & Lauretta’s place for a week. It was super close to Breckenridge but we also skied Keystone, Vail, and Beaver Creek. It was a great location for us. It was cozy with the gas fireplace every evening when we got off the slopes. Washer/dryer worked great too and we were able to keep up with all our ski clothes so we could wear again and go home without a ton of dirty clothes. The kitchen was well stocked, pans were in good condition. We made breakfast every morning and dinner several nights we were there. Oven and dishwasher worked great. We had made a Target run before arriving, grabbing some dish soap, hand soap, sponges, etc. but were pleasantly surprised to find all of that there already. All in all, it was a perfect stay for our family of 3 over the NYE holiday. Hope to stay there again! Thank you Toby & Lauretta for opening your home to us. 💜

10 minutes or less from all Breckinridge chair lifts. Only a 35 minute drive to vail. Perfect place for your skiing stay. The hot tub is an added bonus!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This condo was amazing. Larger than I expected… 4 of us could space out comfortably, and could easily fit more. It was very clean and well stocked with anything we could need and more! Very clear and easy checkin/check out instructions. While the garage wasn’t available for parking, it was great for loading/unloading gear and storing our skis and added so much extra convenience. The hot tub was just a short walk through the backyard and was clean and wonderful! Beds were very comfortable as well. A spacious living/dining/kitchen area. A cozy fireplace controlled by a light switch was wonderful in the evenings. About a 10 minute drive into town for restaurants and skiing, we didn’t mind driving one bit. If you’re thinking of booking, do it! One of the best experiences I have had with Airbnb.

This is a great place to stay. We had 7 people, 6 adults and a child, and there was plenty of room for all. The hot tub and trash receptacle are both in close proximity. There was quite a bit of snow before we showed up, but each day the parking lot was blowed and walkways were shoveled. This place falls between Frisco and Breckinridge, which made it easy to get to either town and enjoy all they had to offer.

This is the perfect condo for a getaway to Breck. About 5-10 minutes from anything you need, this was a great space for our 6 person ski trip. Everything was clean and plenty of resources. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a super nice condo right near Breckenridge. It was perfect for our weekend ski trip and access to everything was super easy. The free bus lines were super easy to access with a stop just outside the neighborhood. It was easy for us to go to both Breck and keystone.
