We absolutely loved the location of the property. The shuttle stop was right across the street, easy walking distance to almost everything in town and it had an amazing view of the slopes. It had everything we needed and a comfortable layout. We did wish the beds had thicker blankets for the winter but it definitely stayed warm upstairs. Property owners checked in with us several times and were very accommodating. We would love to rent this condo again in the near future.

Our family of four stayed for just over a week in ski season. The apartment was in the perfect location, close enough to be walkable to all the shops and restaurants, but also quiet. The free buses that stop right across the street to take you to and from the gondola was super helpful for the skiers in our family. However, by the third day we were happy to walk to the base gondola, so that gives an indication how close it is. The apartment was exactly as pictured and we were very happy with it. We didn't have a car and did not need one. Our arrival was about 2am due to a connecting flight being delayed and the check-in was super easy and no issues at all. There were lots of the little things that made it easy, like oil, salt and pepper, glad wrap and alfoil in the kitchen, along with pump soap and hand sanitiser. These little things help a lot when you are travelling from overseas.

This lovely condo was perfect for a family gathering of five adults. The location was ideal, with the Breck shuttle stop mere steps away from the front door and easy access on foot to the town and resort. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and the entire condo was beautifully decorated and furnished. We especially enjoyed the wood-burning fireplace and the hot tub. Check-in/check-out process was very easy.

This was the perfect condo for our family! We loved having the wood burning fireplace and a spacious and comfortable place to relax after skiing all day. Easy to walk to the gondola and get to peak 8 and very close to Main for shopping and Dining. I also loved the views of the mountains in the morning. Keyed in, and were instantly set at easy by the open but cozy floor plan, and large private deck looking across to Breckenridge (views from Peak 6->10 and more!)

Amenities in the kitchen were well stocked, always appreciate extra products for simple dishwashing (pods) laundry/washer detergents, trashbags, and all the food/kitchen extras youll need.

Bedrooms were simple and perfect for the space, no need to spend time inside during the day, so it was nice to see space not wasted on unnecisary space, top floor bedroom has private rooftop-ish deck with views looking east at the morning sun.

Bathrooms were nicely updated and very clean.

Just one suggestion, update the TVs (24" in the bedroom keeps them feeling dated.)

My wife, brother and sister in law along with our 3 year old daughter and 1 and 4 year old nephews stayed for 3 nights. The location is perfect, very convenient to access to downtown and the gondola/ski resort. I will agree with some other posts that the shower heads are older than me and should be upgraded. Our only real issue was the parking. We drove our Ford expedition and pulled an 8 foot uhaul trailer. The parking available for guests is about 50 foot long with about a 45 degree angle. There was so much ice we were unable to back our trailer and car up to our designated spots. We were able to get the trailer backed up eventually but had to park at the base of the driveway. We struggled to get back up there on the last day to get the trailer. Other than those issues, our stay was perfect.

We're glad you enjoyed your stay! This condo has space for two cars to park, and probably not appropriate for a trailer. It is steep at the beginning, so it is important to have 4WD and appropriate tires when traveling in the winter.

We had the best family vacation in Breckenridge! This unit is in the perfect location. Close to the gondola, main street and activities. The unit was perfect for us 5 adults. The kitchen had everything you could think of or need. The beds were comfortable, the space was just perfect sized not too small and not too big, and the hot tub is fantastic after a day on the slopes. The driveway does have an incline, but it is somewhat flat at the top. We did have 4WD but the residents beside us did not and they did not have any trouble with the snow or getting up the driveway/parking space. We would absolutely rent here again. Thanks for sharing your townhome with us. We really enjoyed it and our vacation.

Short walk to the Gondola and Main Street. Kitchen had plenty of emenities. Private hot tub was really nice with a great view of the mountain. Comfortable couch. Plenty of blankets and pillows through out. Sleds were available. It was a nice option for the kids to take to the sledding hill a few blocks away. Pictures in the listing make the condo look bigger than it is. Main living area is a little snug for 4 adults and 3 kids. The light fixture in the kitchen is low and in an odd place... we kept hitting out head on it. Towels were in short supply, between showers and the hot tub. We washed nightly. Snow and ice removal wasn't very good. There was ice and snow on the stairs and landing. There wasn't any ice melt available. Parking was tight because of the way the snow was plowed against the building.

Location is incredible, furnishings are good, hot tub and double decks are outstanding, and being able to walk to everything downtown is so awesome. The living areas and kitchen were a great size for our family and the condo had everything we needed. As others have noted, the sheets were rough but not a huge issue and we could never get the WiFi router to connect to the internet but we had good cell service and I didn’t want to waste vacation time on the phone with the cable company as the instructions to resolve this issue said to do in the rental guide. We could connect to the router but the router could never connect to the internet. Didn’t end up being an issue for us. All in all we would stay here again and the location and layout were awesome!

This unit was conveniently located to town and had a wonderful view from the back deck. The hot tub was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was stocked nicely. The King bedroom is upstairs and shares a bathroom with the other bedroom upstairs. The bathrooms are slightly dated but fair for the price of the Unit, location and view. The sheets are a little scratchy. The unit had plenty of pillows and an updated kitchen.

1. The address is not the door of entry and we spent a long time with the taxi driver trying to find the door in the dark. Information should be made clearer.
Also, on a similar point, we had parcels that failed to deliver due to the address not being found. Should put in your antennary that small parcels should be sent to yourselves for collection.

Excellent location and mountain views! We enjoyed the holiday decorations, and the proximity to the ski slopes and shops/restaurants on Main St. is unbeatable. Hot tub has gorgeous mountain views and is well-maintained. Kitchen is well-equipped. Plenty of bath linens. Queen upstairs mattress was soft and uncomfortable. There were a few minor cleanliness issues, but overall a great space! Would definitely return.

Loved the very short walk to everything on main st. Morning choices to going skiing were the free bus to either peak 9 or gondola from the corner of Wellington and French. The bedrooms were large and comfortable, kitchen fully equipped like home with ss appliances, granite counters. Outdoor ski storage, plenty of parking, and quiet location makes this a place we will return to again and again. Soo clean, soo nice, killer views made us feel like a local. Rental management check on us to see if everything was what we expected and to see if we needed anything. The staff was so nice and professional they felt like family.

You really do not need a car to ski or get food to eat if you don’t want one if you stay here. We walked everywhere, but I did drop off my skiers at the Gondola and pick them up. Very easy to do from this unit. Beds were comfortable, plenty of supplies and I never had a need to buy more. Hot tub was a lot of fun to sit in with a great view. Property was shoveled and taken care of. I would definitely stay again!

Everything you need in a home away from home. The view of the mountains and downtown Breck from the back porch are remarkable. How wonderful to watch the sun go down in the hot tub on the back deck! Literally just steps from Main St - can’t get a better location. Spacious, clean, stocked with everything you need if you don’t want to walk to one of the many restaurants and would rather just stay in and cook your own meal. Had a great weekend and so glad we stayed here!

This condo is situated one block from the heart of downtown. Close to everything with lots of room to stretch out. We had 6 adults stay for 4 days and never felt like we were tripping over each other. Plenty of bath towels, etc. for 8 people, with small soaps and shampoos. Appliances are plenty, with enough countertop and table space to accommodate everyone. This unit is clean (though the carpeting is showing some usage), and the linens were clean and fresh. A great space for a great price and we will stay there again.

This property is a great place to stay. The location could not be better. It was just the right size, as was the price. More than anything, it had everything you could want. Including supplies in the kitchen, (spices, oil), plenty of towels, nicely furnished, all the little things were there and it was very comfortable. The only thing we wish were better is that the sheets were pretty rough. I'm not super picky on sheets, but new softer ones would make sleeping a bit better.

This was my first time using VRBO and I was very pleased with the experience overall. I booked this place for an annual boys getaway. This was our first time in the mountains and we were impressed. The location was outstanding. Within walking distance to Main St where you can find all that you need. Within walking distance to the gondola. One word of caution, although you can walk to the gondola, Wellington street can be steep and slick. Might be a little challenging to walk in ski boots to the gondola. I was able to do it in my snowboard gear with no problem. The three bedroom town home was perfect for the 3 of us. The bedrooms are kind of small but the living room is nice and open with plenty of space to hang out. Only one of our crew used the hot tub each day and he enjoyed it thoroughly. Speaking of the hot tub, there is a lockbox with a key on the back patio wit the hot tub. This key is there so you don't lock yourself out after spending time in the hot tub. Lesson learned for us was that there is no access to the deck or the spare key except only through the home. I learned the hard way as I was locked out. Fortunately for me the office staff came to my rescue to unlock the front door. I was extremely grateful. The place has all you need. Nice kitchen with all the amenities. I was a little surprised at the size of the bar soap in the bathroom. I am used to smaller bars of soap in my business travels but these bars of soap were half the size of a hotel soap bar. Not a big deal but you might consider bringing your own soap. I can't say enough good things about this trip and our experience. Using this rental simply added another layer to make it a fantastic experience overall.

My stay couldn't have been more wonderful. The place was absolutely beautiful and located in a great area and the people who work at BRM are fabulous. I hope to come back again and stay for longer next time. And yes I will be staying at one of your condos. The condo was gorgeous and so spacious for my 6 friends and I. I highly suggest booking this location because you will not be sorry. I already miss it and am wanting to go back.

We had a wonderful time. We comfortably slept 5 girls here for our bachelorette weekend. It was the perfect location for enjoying all that downtown had to offer.
