Convenient and comfortable

This is an economy condo, not a 5-star place. But it is everything you need and it’s about 50 yards from a true ski in/out. I’m SUPER thankful places like this exist to allow the working man to get so close to the mountain! LOVE the access, LOVE the communication! Excellent place, thank you!!!David - Posted: 2/20/2023

this little condo was great for what we needed. There was enough space for us and our 1yr old. The unit has what you need to make it through a long weekend. only drawback was the thin walls/ceilings. we did not have issues with sound at night, only in the day with neighbor dogs.Kim - Posted: 9/5/2022

We've been to Breck many times during the summer and always liked staying downtown. We were a little worried about being up from the city, but it was great. A short walk (maybe 5 minutes) and you're in the heart of downtown. Plus turn left and right up the street are some very nice trails if you want to do some hiking.
The condo is a nice size 1 bedroom with a roomy living area and kitchen. Perfect for 2. All the pots, pans etc are there. Nice being on the ground floor and has a grass area with creek about 20 ft away. Also the hot tub is out the back and to the right, but there wasn't any issue with noise etc. The condo was very clean well kept & the bed was nice and comfy! All in all a very nice place and excellent location.
I would like to add that the property management company that handles the property is probably one of the BEST I've ever dealt with. I've used Airbnb all over the place and dealt with individual owners and property managers and these folks exceptional. They were always quick to reply to questions and helped up out when we had to delay our arrival.Joseph - Posted: 6/26/2022

Great location and place to stay! Short walk to Breck Connect Gondola and a fun ride down Lower 4 O’clock run will put you at the back door of the condo. Will definitely be coming back in the future!

Everything about this place was great. It’s just a ten minute walk to Snowflake Lift (uphill, but this 56 year old could handle it) and it is legit ski-in, down Four O’Clock right to the back door if you want. It’s a five minute walk to the heart of downtown, and we walked everywhere, even out to the Troll sculpture, and to the Gondola lift. Also, it’s one bathroom but there are two bathrooms available down the outside hall which were very clean. Totally recommend this place. Thanks!!!Michael - Posted: 2/20/2022

We enjoyed our stay! Loved the location being close to the lift/town. Everything was clean and just as advertised in the description + check in was easy. The space fit the 4 of us, but is probably more comfortable for 2. Having an extra bathroom down the hall is helpful.
