We loved staying at Toby & Lauretta's place! It was perfect for the two of us and had everything we needed. The condo is close to downtown making it easy to walk to restaurants and shops. We loved having the backyard space right outside the living room!

Great place to get away and spend some time in beautiful Breckenridge. Place was great location for the town and ski slopes. Toby and Lauretta are good at responding abs kept the place clean and nice.

Very convenient to town and the bus to the ski slopes. Love the ski in option! Other renters complained about having to walk around to the front after skiing in, but I think that's silly. It was no big deal to walk around. I had small children, they could play in the snow right outside the back door while I sipped my coffee on the porch or inside. We chose to take the bus to the slope rather than walk to the snowflake lift. The walk to the snowflake lift is uphill and would have been hard for my kids, but the bus stop is a short downhill walk and short ride to Peak 7 or 8. The kitchen was more equipped than most vacation rentals I've stayed in. Appliances were newer. If you are traveling with kids older than elementary age, the fold out couch is really a futon, and it is probably not big enough for older children and certainly not adults to sleep on.

Great place for a couple to stay and enjoy the activities of Breck. The location was perfect close to the snowflake lift and you can ski basically to the back door. Also a very short walk to Main Street. The place was clean and check in was no issue. The hosts are very clear in their instructions and are responsive to any questions or needs.

We spent a long weekend at Wildwood Suites and enjoyed our time. The suite was near the snowflake lift and right off the 4 o’clock run which made hitting the slopes, and getting home after skiing so easy! There was also designated storage in the room for our skis and gear. The hot tub was easily accessible from our room and never overcrowded. Main Street was walkable from the suite. We walked to and from town for all of our meals and shopping! We also made it to sawmill trail from our suite, which was a beautiful walk. We would’ve loved some extra blankets to cuddle up under as we watched the snow fall! It was just two of us which was perfect, would not recommend for more people! We had a wonderful time and hope to make it back to Breckenridge!

Enjoyed the stay very much. Loved the backyard and the snow made it so beautiful and we enjoyed the lift being close as well. Did get to see a fox from the loft near by.
The only issue I would say, and it’s not even on the condo but it’s the neighbors above and beside you do get to hear every movement they make which can be unfortunate if they are up late at night or early in the mornings that aside I had a wonderful stay, and will definitely come back here again

Great little apartment with a great location. The apartment had a pretty back yard that lead directly to a small stream. They were installing new carpet in the hallway when we arrived but they had the installation done within the day. Toby and Lauretta had great communication answering all of our questions and concerns.

Very clean. Nice one bedroom with convenient location. Short walk or drive to Main Street. Great shower with excellent water pressure. Comfy bed with extra pillows. Kitchen was nice with dish washer, garbage disposal, toaster and coffee maker. Very cool bench seat- picnic table-style kitchen table.

Toby and Lauretta’a was perfect for our hiking getaway! It’s easy walking distance to town and the shuttle pick up. The place looks like it’s been renovated recently and it was very comfy! Great location!! Stayed during the summer and the walk in to town is about 10 minutes! Unit is on sawmill creek and has a beautiful little porch. There were lots of people walking through the backyard periodically to see the creek, so if you want extra privacy keep the blinds drawn. Unit is perfect for two people!

I especially appreciated the cleanliness and well chosen furnishings. It wasn't fancy, but very comfortable.
I was in town to enjoy the mountain ambiance and hike. I especially enjoyed the sound of the rushing stream, and morning sunshine on the patio. There is a downside to the location, as seemingly the entire population of local dogs have the small adjoining green space on their walking/bathroom itinerary. The dogs behaved well, but not all of their owners have been trained to respect a neighbor's privacy. To have the blinds open and enjoy the location, I was often met with intrusive stares - at all hours. Renters should also understand that this is an old building, with lots of upstairs footsteps and rushing water. It is also small - good for 1 person. I was OK with it, but better to know ahead of time. I like to stay in a place that feels well cared for, despite its age, and this fit the bill. Small suggestions - replace the stained dish towels, and perhaps the beige throw rugs. They detracted slightly from the nicely stocked unit. Also, a better reading light in the LR would be nice, and maybe info on the cable channels? Please note that shower drain is very slow. These are meant to be helpful suggestions. I made good use of all the written instructions - and especially enjoyed perusing the hiking book. Thank you for sharing this comfy little condo!

If you’re in Breck for the slopes, this is a great spot. Easy to reach the lift in the morning and even easier to ski right back in the afternoon. It’s also a short walk to everything downtown Breck has to offer.

Great location for skiing. 5 min walk to the Snowflake lift (avoid the long lines) and convenient ski back to the condo from Lower 4 oclock. Everything else was sufficient and what you would expect. Hot tub was open which was nice after a long day on the mountain.

Perfect mountain getaway! Toby and Lauretta were very communicative and were able to accommodate a special request. The unit is as-described, was a simple 5 minute walk to the snowflake lift, and was just the right amount of space for a weekend getaway. Would definitely stay here again.

Great little place for a couple or small family (we have a toddler). Building is old but the unit itself is nicely updated in most parts. They did a great job maximizing the space - loved the booth seating, especially for my little one!
Location is wonderful, super easy walk to downtown but still plenty of trees and the river to feel like you are in the mountains.

Besides a tiny hiccup with check-in and receiving a parking permit (Breckenridge parking is very restrictive) our stay went really smoothly. The space is clean and welcoming and the location is perfectly convenient to walk into town. Overall a lovely stay and we would recommend!

Our family of three stayed here for a week in July. The size of this unit was perfect for us, and it was a short walk to town. Everything is in good condition and it offered everything we needed. One of our favorite things to do was to slide the back door open to listen to the peaceful stream. The only negative was that we had noisy neighbors upstairs on our last day.

We were really happy with this condo! It's a first floor unit, so the living area gets lots of light. Short walk to lift and you can ski right up to the back door. Plenty of storage, great use of space & wonderful location. About a 5-8 minute walk to downtown. The kitchen was well equipped so we got to do some cooking rather than having to always eat out. There were cards and a few games in the unit. Perfect place for staying in or walking to town.

This condo is in a convenient location for ski in and out. Walking distance to snowflake lift (even with 2 kids) or short walk to shuttle. Even though it’s small it had great storage so we didn’t feel like our stuff was everywhere. Only negative was the shower faucet/diverter needs replacing. Water was scalding hot and took a lot of tinkering with the knob to get to a comfortable temperature. It’s especially troublesome when kids were trying to shower. Otherwise this condo is perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. We loved it and would stay here again. Only other suggestion would be to provide guests a key to the sliding door so when skiing home on 4 O’clock run we could have come right in the back door.
