We were so happy with the location (walking distance to downtown shops & restaurants), and the beautiful setting (grassy area with creek right outside the sliding glass door). My only complaint is the walls are thin & the tenants upstairs were very noisy early in the mornings. They also left a jumping, barking dog alone for hours, which was annoying to listen to all day & night. I would stay here again, and maybe request 2nd or 3rd floor unit.

Great location. Short walk into town, great for kids and pets. Responsive service when any issues popped up.

It was the ideal location and proximity to where we wanted to go. It was great having a one bedroom place with a kitchen and living room. Amazing being able to walk right out of the sliding glass door to the babbling brook running literally in the backyard and with a hot tub only a few doors down was super convenient! It was our favorite place to stay out of all our lodging on our trip around Colorado. We will be back!

we liked the condo, it was perfectly located near downtown but felt remote with the big back area.

Being pet friendly was our first priority. We were 2 blocks from downtown was also important. A mountain stream was out our backdoor (which was a plus). The condo was older than we were use to. But probably due to being pet friendly. Not many were pet friendly. The managers were extremely accommodating when we had a question. The only item of concern was there was no anti-skid mat for the show/tub combination. We used a towel while taking a shower. Overall it was a great place for your pet and closeness to the downtown area.

My husband and I and our dog spent 9 nights in Breckenridge at Wildwood Suites 107. The location is great and we really appreciated the opportunity to bring our pet. Our son & his wife joined us for a couple days and there is no way this unit can comfortably accommodate more than 2 people. It is very dated and minimally appointed - no wine glasses, only 2 coffee cups, few serving pieces or appliances, etc. It was functional but barely so for anyone planning to cook and eat there rather than heading to Breck for meals. There were racks to hang skis just inside the door with a mat that would hold 2 pairs of ski boots but little else in the way of places to store or hang items. We were able to ski almost right to the door at the end of every day but the hike uphill to the Snowflake Lift was no easy 5 minute stroll, especially for those less accustomed to high altitude. Upon our arrival we discovered the thermostat wasn't working and it was 58° in the unit. We contacted the property manager who sent someone over who was able to get the heat going by adjusting the hot water valve behind the couch to fully open. He was going to have a plumber come fix it the following day. This plumber never came and the thermostat never worked properly though my husband did get pretty good at messing with the valve behind the couch to adjust the temperature in the unit - not exactly ideal given the cost of staying there. There is a hot tub & sauna on property BUT there is no maintenance of the area around the hot tub so it was so icy & slippery around it that it was downright dangerous getting in and out. Most other places we've stayed with outdoor hot tubs have been pretty diligent about clearing the area around the tub. It's not unusual to have to step out into recent snow that they haven't had a chance to clear but I've never been to a place that apparently just doesn't ever bother to clear it. Would I recommend this property to a friend? Maybe...with strong reservations.

Stayed here for the second year in a row this past summer. Perfect location and dog friendly.

This quaint condo near Snowflake lift was great! Parking is convinient, walking to Main Street takes 5 min and same to the lift.
The apartment had everything we needed.

We loved our stay here! The condo was exactly what we needed inside - decorated cute, clean, and stocked well. Outside - we woke up to the sun shining through the beautiful pine trees, and the sound of a river (stream?). It was so beautiful, and very well located! Great stay - thank you so much.

Winter 2020 was my second time staying at Wildwood Suites 107. The location is ideal (especially for visitors who do not have a car). Short walks and local free bus transport got me easily to the town, the ski slopes, the Rec. Center, etc. The location is also scenic, looking out toward a park-like view with large trees and snow. The condo, itself is comfortable and clean. I hope to stay here again in 2021, and would recommend it highly.

The rental was so cute, cozy and perfect. I came for the weekend just for a quick city get away and it great for my little dog and me. It was very clean and had everything I needed. I love how many towels they give. The only thing was, since it’s dog friendly there were a few dogs the last night thag barked non-stop. Luckily not during the night but it was still obnoxious in the evening. Overall, great place. Highly recommend.

Great stay! Perfect 1 bedroom condo with really easy access to the slopes. We've stayed here before and we will absolutely come back.

The location was awesome.2 block walk downtown main street. The condo was cute. The live water stream outside was a huge bonus.

The resort management staff was super responsive. When we arrived the bathroom filter was caked w dust etc, there was no broom/dustpan, the under microwave light was out and no food grater. We called next morning & was all fixed by 3pm. One of the plastic deck chairs broke in the cold and it was replaced the next day. The kitchen overhead light started flickering during our 3rd week it was replaced that day! The bed was very comfortable. This is a ski in condo. It’s about 900 ft(easy uphill) according to my GPS from the Condo to the snowflake lift. 2 blocks to downtown. My wife said the knives were in need of replacement.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The location is great for walking downtown and the "backyard" was perfect for our dog. The unit could use a refresh though. Cabinet surfaces were dirty and the bathroom baseboards need to be replaced. Bathroom door is very tough to shut completely. Furnishings were adequate/nice.

A great condo for one or two people and they're dog friendly! Plus it is right off of the bottom section of four o'clock run which is in my opinion one of the best locations to vacation at in Breck.

We enjoyed our stay, great location. Grounds were beautiful. The fan in the bathroom is quite loud. There was no soap in t TG e bathroom we had to shower with shampoo. I called the property manager to let him know. He said somebody would bring soap soon however no one ever showed up.

We had a very good experience with our stay at Wildwood Suites. There were detailed instructions for parking, how to get the keys and cleaning instructions which was very sensitive during COVID

Super convenient place to stay, close to town and the gondola. Place was clean and had everything needed to do some of your own cooking. However the heat didn't work the entire time I was there. Thank goodness for the space heater and heavy blankets. Overall would definitely stay here again.
