Wildwood Suites 107 – Dog-Friendly Condo with Ski-In/Ski-Out Access & Riverside Relaxation

Bring your furry friend along—this welcoming condo is dog-friendly with prior arrangements—so no family member gets left behind! The beautifully remodeled kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

Spend summer evenings on the back porch, soaking in the tranquil sounds of the nearby river as you unwind. In winter, enjoy true ski-in/ski-out convenience with the Snowflake ski lift just a 5-minute walk away and the option to return via the Four O'Clock ski run at Sawmill Road. A free shuttle bus stop is also close by, making town easily accessible by foot or shuttle.

Inside, cozy up with a flat-screen TV and DVD player in the living room. After a day outdoors, warm up in the community hot tub just steps from your door.

Mountain Sunsets (Wildwood Suites 107) offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and peaceful mountain living—guests keep coming back year after year. One designated parking spot is included, with electric vehicle charging stations available onsite.

Wonderful Vacation Spot

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location walking distance to Main Street and Gondola in Breckenridge. Clean, comfortable and nicely appointed pet friendly condo - loved ground floor open patio to grassy area and creek. We even saw a beautiful big moose outside the front of the property when we left for a hike.

Great location and condo

This was the second time I’ve stayed at wildwood suites. It’s very close to the 4’clock run and the snowflake lift. The condo is furnished nicely and is within walking distance to Main Street.

We had an excellent time at this condo. Short walk to Snowflake lift. Even shorter walk (~1/8 mile) from 4 o’clock ski run to the condo. We had a lovely snowy, woodsy view outside the back sliding door.
The condo was comfortable and had plenty of useful amenities (full kitchen. coffee pot, toaster, cable TV, plenty of pillows etc). We felt right at home. I would book here again in the future.

Literally ski in ski out! Wonderful location: can walk 4 min to Snowflake lift, 5 min to downtown. Literally has every kitchen amenity too.

This was the perfect place for my family. The condo had everything we needed away from home. We could open the back door and walk 1 min to the nearest run which took us down to a free shuttle....Then dropped us at beaver run! Quick response from host with any questions! Cozy:)
