Perfect place for a couple. Very comfy place and very clean. Check in/Checking out was easy and the place’s location was perfect. Only about a 5 min walk from main street. Host were very helpful and responsive which makes this booking all the less stressful! Definitely will be staying here again!!

We stayed here for our honeymoon! It was absolutely perfect for 2. So close to Main Street you can walk everywhere. The patio has a great view as well. Definitely will be staying here again and can't recommend it enough for a couples getaway!

Nice condo with a squishy queen bed and a stream outback. The Airbnb was very clean and well furnished. Having the end unit was nice, there are about 6 stairs on each side of the Airbnb if you have problems using stairs.

I had a wonderful time at this property! It was perfect for my solo getaway. I felt completely safe and at home. The home itself is gorgeous and welcoming and I loved sitting on the balcony listening to the stream below. The bed was comfortable and I loved having both Roku and regular programming on the TV. I wish more hosts provided that! I walked down to Main St for dinner and it was such an easy and pleasant walk.
I messaged Toby prior to my trip, and he was extremely prompt with his reply, which I really appreciated.
I hope to stay here again soon! As a solo traveler, it was everything I needed and more! Thank you so much!

Loved our stay at Toby’s 1-bedroom flat in Breck. Location was great close to Peak 8 and Main Street.

A Great place to stay, walkable to one of the peaks and was able to snowboard right back basically to the back of the air b and b when the day was done. Walkable to main street. Each night we went to the hot tub no one else was in there, so very private and relaxing.

The place is amazing!! I did not want to go home. My sister and I enjoyed every minute within the home and being able to walk to all the little shops and restaurants. Breckinridge is a great place to stay and their place is a great option to be at because you are close to many things! My favorite part was being able to listen to the stream every morning while drinking coffee on the balcony. Definitely need to come back soon!

Toby & Lauretta’s condo was fantastic. Very cozy, clean and functional. We sat out back and listened to the rushing stream a lot. The hiking just up the hill was fantastic as well — Sawmill Reservoir was my favorite. And just down the hill not even a quarter mile is downtown Breckenridge … where eating, drinking and shopping possibilities are endless. We hope to come back soon and would love to stay here again!! 👍🏻

The property was as advertised. It was very clean and perfect for me and my grown son. I would however think it be too small for more than 3 especially with all the ski gear. Property managers checked-in with me during the stay and my one request for a humidifier was quickly delivered. My only concern is the lack of lighting around the property at night made navigating the snow and ice difficult. Otherwise a great little condo in a great area

This was our first trip to Breckenridge. Toby & Lauretta's place is very convenient! A 5-minute walk to closest ski lift (Snowflake) and you can ski back to within 15 ft of the back entry. 3-block walk to Main street (lots of interesting shops and restaurants). The kitchen was well stocked, not only with cooking gear, but also with oils, spices and other things possibly left behind by previous renters. We would definitely stay there again. One restaurant to try is the Blue Stag - SO GOOD!

It's a quick walk to the Snowflake lift and the gondola, you can exit the 4 O'Clock trail in the condo's parking lot, and it's also just a quick walk to town. The condo itself was absolutely immaculate and well stocked with everything you need. Plenty of pots, pans, and dishes. Linens were crisp. Plenty of hooks for ski gear. Absorbent rugs for wet boots. Laundry in the building. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location just a few blocks from downtown Breckenridge but also far enough away that you feel like your secluded in the wilderness.
The condo is definitely a value play with limited space, but you really want to be exploring and not inside. We had a blast hiking mountains, mountain biking and enjoying the downtown area!

What a darling place to stay. It is close to downtown and even a Moose walked in our backyard. It was perfect for what we needed and decorated super cute. I appreciate the hospitality. I hope to get to stay there again! It has everything we needed to make it the a fabulous stay.

The Condo is nicely updated, clean, and within walking distance to Main Street and all the shops and restaurants. Easy check in and out and hosts are responsive to any questions. We left the windows open at night and enjoyed the sounds of the stream located outside.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Nice studio condo with excellent access to downtown Breckenridge. View off balcony on forest and stream. Newly updated fixtures and furnishings. Right size for the two of us.

Quaint home with literally everything we needed for a few nights stay in the summer. The amenities are clean as is the home itself and came with all things we needed to keep comfortable during our stay. Toby and Lauretta is very responsive and answered all the questions we had. Would stay again!
