We enjoyed our stay at the condo, which was as advertised. It was clean and had enough room for a family of four. A bit of a hike to Snowflake chair with gear on but convenient location nonetheless and a short walk to Main St. The staff at Breckenridge Resort Managers were very responsive and helpful during our stay. We would come again!

A Great place to stay, walkable to one of the peaks and was able to snowboard right back basically to the back of the air b and b when the day was done. Walkable to main street. Each night we went to the hot tub no one else was in there, so very private and relaxing.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Great time and lots of skiing! We used the 4 o'clock slope to ski in and walked to the gondolas for early am transport to the mountain. Fantastic location, great town, lots of good places to eat! You wont regret coming!

Great location! Close to Main Street and a little drive up to the Peaks and Gondolas even though it wasn’t open yet we were able to check it out for our next visit to Breckenridge. The hosts were flexible with extending our stay due to the weather and the suite was nice and cozy with a beautiful balcony!

The place is amazing!! I did not want to go home. My sister and I enjoyed every minute within the home and being able to walk to all the little shops and restaurants. Breckinridge is a great place to stay and their place is a great option to be at because you are close to many things! My favorite part was being able to listen to the stream every morning while drinking coffee on the balcony. Definitely need to come back soon!

Toby & Lauretta’s condo was fantastic. Very cozy, clean and functional. We sat out back and listened to the rushing stream a lot. The hiking just up the hill was fantastic as well — Sawmill Reservoir was my favorite. And just down the hill not even a quarter mile is downtown Breckenridge … where eating, drinking and shopping possibilities are endless. We hope to come back soon and would love to stay here again!! ??

This little apartment was very clean. The property mgmt. company is very responsive. Check in was easy. The apartment is small, but works fine since it is on a small creek and nicely decorated. Listening to the creek was very relaxing. Easy walk to downtown and this apt has a view of the mountains. I would stay here again.

The property was as advertised. It was very clean and perfect for me and my grown son. I would however think it be too small for more than 3 especially with all the ski gear. Property managers checked-in with me during the stay and my one request for a humidifier was quickly delivered. My only concern is the lack of lighting around the property at night made navigating the snow and ice difficult. Otherwise a great little condo in a great area

This was our first trip to Breckenridge. Toby & Lauretta's place is very convenient! A 5-minute walk to closest ski lift (Snowflake) and you can ski back to within 15 ft of the back entry. 3-block walk to Main street (lots of interesting shops and restaurants). The kitchen was well stocked, not only with cooking gear, but also with oils, spices and other things possibly left behind by previous renters. We would definitely stay there again. One restaurant to try is the Blue Stag - SO GOOD!

It's a quick walk to the Snowflake lift and the gondola, you can exit the 4 O'Clock trail in the condo's parking lot, and it's also just a quick walk to town. The condo itself was absolutely immaculate and well stocked with everything you need. Plenty of pots, pans, and dishes. Linens were crisp. Plenty of hooks for ski gear. Absorbent rugs for wet boots. Laundry in the building. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was as advertised. Convenient to get to the lifts in the morning and easy to ski back to at the end of the day. Close to Main Street to avoid having to drive when you want to walk around Breck. All in all an awesome stay.

The condo was just a quick 5-8 min walk to Main Street, but felt very secluded in the woods…the amazing location was one of our favorite parts about this condo! Our stay was great. The condo is in a perfect location for walking into town, dinners, and running/bike trails. I’d say the room is best for couples, more than two people would be crowded. Overall a perfect time in Breckinridge.

Fantastic location just a few blocks from downtown Breckenridge but also far enough away that you feel like your secluded in the wilderness.
The condo is definitely a value play with limited space, but you really want to be exploring and not inside. We had a blast hiking mountains, mountain biking and enjoying the downtown area!

Amazing condo! Great light, beautiful trees, and a running creek out back. Convenient, peaceful location. Walk to town and drive ~10 minutes to amazing trails. The condo had all the things I needed for my stay. The bed was great. I would definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect! Walked to the gondola. Walked all over downtown. The condo had great big fuzzy blankets that were amazing for sitting on the balcony watching the snow. The bed was very uncomfortable which was unfortunate but we still loved the condo and will be back!
