Description
This cozy condo can comfortably sleep 6 people with a queen bed in the bedroom, a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room and just up the spiral stairs you'll find 2 twin beds on the loft. There is a bathroom on each level. Overlook the tranquil stream and the Four O'clock ski run from your private balcony. After a day of adventure, relax in the community's hot tub.
Enjoy ski in and out access in the winter with the Snowflake ski lift being only about a 5 minute walk on foot and return to the complex via the Four O'clock ski run right at Sawmill Rd but there is also a free shuttle bus stop close by. Easy walking access to town as well. The condo has a flat screen TV in the living room as well as a DVD player. Wildwood Suites 305 is a great place to experience all Breckenridge has to offer year round! One parking spaces is allotted for this condo. Electric Vehicle Charging Station available onsite.

Nice place, right in between town and the lifts.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 4 stayed here and had a good stay. Unfortunately my youngest brought some kind of bug with her and was sick. The laundry was not available when we were there so we had to wash a few things in the sink, no fault of property mgmt company though. We liked how the kids had their own private bedroom and bath area away from us. Even has a built in movement alarm with the steps that lead to it, hah. The room had everything we needed, a little area to stash skis, a humidifier, etc. I would suggest bringing a roku to use the smart TV with your own apps. The balcony faced the 4' o clock run so we could watch everyone skiing back in. We walked to town a few times, it is not too far. The walk to Snowflake lift for us flatlanders was a bit tough. Once you get to 4 oclock you have to walk a bit more and go over a road to the lift. Still a short walk, but it is uphill a bit. We had some snow and were able to ski back to the door of the building which was nice. Watch your toes going around the first floor bed, and the water temp is finicky. All in all it was a good value for a nice location. I would definitely consider staying here again. If you didn't want to walk uphill to get to Snowflake you can always walk down to the bus stop and hitch a ride to the main base areas.Ryan W. - Posted: 3/2/2024

120 Sawmill Rd is a great ski-in location at Breckenridge resort. Place comfortably fits a family of 4 with room to expand to 6 people.
Amenities like the Hot Tub and car park located outside of the lodge gives great perks to the property.

We really enjoyed our stay at Toby & Lauretta's condo! The place is exactly as described and photos are very representative of the place. It was easy to get to, although we missed the last left turn twice before we got familiar with the road and what to look for. We never had any issues finding a parking spot, even during a very busy holiday week. It's technically a third floor property, but you enter the building from outside on the second floor. Three adults fit easily here; we appreciated two full baths. It was surprisingly and pleasantly quiet, even though we saw lots of people in the complex. Fully equipped kitchen but we did not cook. Lots of linens available. TV, DVD, comfy sofa & recliner.
The location is definitely ski-in; a little more difficult to ski-out, but doable. Breck's altitude is a real consideration and we recommend researching the routes & taking the free bus when at all possible to save your energy for skiing. Ski, Cook, Rest and Enjoy Snow
I planned my trip in may 2022, I was there in january 2023. We have enjoyed so much to be near Ski Gondola to get Peak 8. My sons knowing skiing they tried Snowboard, my Wife and me keep skiing. This airbnb is great. The location is very convenient for walking to Main street in Breckenridge. The size is good for 4 people. Any more would be cramped. There is a small deck that has a nice view of the stream and trees in back.
The bedroom downstairs is a little cramped. There's room to walk around the bed but not a lot of room for luggage. Suitcases that are carry-on size worked ok but anything larger might not fit very well.
Also, getting into the unit was a little confusing. There are two lockboxes, each with its own combination. The lower one is very obvious because you can see the numbers on the lock. The higher one is not as obvious because it has a cover that covers the numbers. You have to open the cover to realize it's a lockbox. The one you need to use is the higher one with the cover. Sweet place and perfect location! 3 different, very easy ways to get to the mountain. The queen sized bed was very comfortable, as was the couch and recliner. We all enjoyed the little balcony and loved the quick, easy access to town - no need for even the free breckenridge bus. Good, cheap tacos from the taco truck on N Main St, loved the coffee, banana bread and avocado toast at Cuppa Joe's. Old Man Berkins is an fantastic used bookstore. Really the location couldn't be more perfect. The oven didn't work even though it had just been fixed, but they were right on it and let us use an open condo downstairs, so that wasn't a problem at all. Super responsive and friendly. I think 6 people would be a really tight fit, but we do like to spread out, so it would probably be fine for some people, especially if it was just for a few days.Cathy - Posted: 4/12/2022

The managers were fully available and very quick to respond to the couple of calls I needed to make. Would easily recommend, but probably not for 6 people as it would be a very tight fit! Favorite places were Old Man Berkins Bookstore - awesome used bookstore! Loved Cuppa Joe's for coffee and also avocado toast, smoothies and banana/similar style breads. Good, cheap tacos from the taco truck on N Main St (just walk north and it's on the west side of the street way down towards City Market, which is the grocery store.) Perfect - exactly as described. We had four adults and this fit us perfectly.
Pros:
- location is ski in ski out
- 7 min walk into town
- very warm and cozy spot and complex is clean and no noisy neighbors
-check in and parking is easy
- community hot tub is close and not crowded
Cons:
- furniture/decor is a bit worn but perfect for a ski weekend (who needs fancy??)

Nice Creekside Condo
We enjoyed our stay here, especially the creek outside the balcony and quick short walks to town. We never did get a parking pass, but that didn’t seem to be a big problem. Breck Break
This property is conveniently located within walking distance to Main St. Breckenridge. The views on the balcony were spectacular and the stream running through the backyard was idyllic. Unfortunately there is no A/C. Despite being there on very mild summer days with cool evenings, the temperature in the condo remained quite warm until the early hours of the morning even with the balcony door and all windows open, making sleeping quite difficult. Toby and Lauretta’s place is a great option for a place to stay in Breckenridge. It’s in a great location, a short walk to town and the ski lift and at the end of the day you can ski right to the back of the building. Convenient to town and skiing
Our family of 5 fit snugly into this condo. Could walk to a lift - uphill but easily enough. Cooked all meals and felt safe, slept well. A fun get away.stephanie b. - Posted: 1/29/2021

The location is great. It is a quick walk into town, close to the snowflake lift and an easy ski - in location at the bottom of 4 o'clock run. We enjoyed local coffee shops and bakeries (Cabin Coffee and Clint's bakery) before skiing each morning. Hosts are very responsive. Definitely recommend staying at this loft!Lynn - Posted: 1/18/2021

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Fantastic location for lift access to Peak 9 or 8 and can ski in to the front door on the 4 O'clock run. The 80s style complex and unit 80s could use some updates, but nothing other than cosmetic. Would stay again without hesitation.Dan - Posted: 1/1/2020

Enjoyed our stay
The heat was hard to turn down, but just opened the upstairs windows or the patio door. The main bedroom was small but made it work, I would suggest a more comfortable mattress for the cramp quarters and extra pillows.
