Located right next to the 4 O'Clock run and within a couple blocks of Main Street and its shops and restaurants, it's easy to get around here. Whether you spend the days skiing, hiking, or simply sightseeing, there's something to keep everyone busy.

Inside this condo you'll have all the essentials, including a full kitchen, inviting living area, free WiFi throughout, and a balcony. The property offers an outdoor hot tub and a sauna, as well as shared laundry facilities.

- No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

- Parking notes: A parking pass will be placed in your condo prior to arrival. Only one car permitted. Please make sure this pass is visible through your vehicle's windshield and please be considerate of the space we have for all guests by parking in close proximity to other cars. Parking is not permitted along the side of the building in the fire lane. Any vehicle without a valid parking pass will be towed at the owner's expense.

- Ski shuttle details: Breckenridge Free Ride - The color-coded Free Ride bus routes service Main Street, Ridge Street, City Market, Breckenridge Station, Beaver Run Resort, and the base areas of Peak 8 and Peak 9 with many stops in between. The Breckenridge Free Ride runs every day from 6:30 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. Available routes and stop times vary season to season. For schedule and route information, please visit .

Summit Stage - Provides free year-round bus service throughout Summit County between Breckenridge, Frisco, Silverthorne, Dillon, Keystone, and Arapahoe Basin. Service is available to most ski areas, shopping centers, medical centers, and some residential areas. Buses have ski and snowboard racks in the winter, and bike racks in the summer. We had a perfect weekend in Breckenridge here! The location is truly unbeatable - walkable to the Snowflake Lift for skiing and to the village for dinner and nightlife. Toby's place was clean and comfortable. Parking was convenient. No complaints!

3rd time here

This was the 3rd time we've stayed at this property. We love the creek running by. We saw a moose and her baby this time. We cooked all our meals there. It had everything we needed.

It was clean exactly as described. Had all the appliances and utensils that you would need you wanted to cook. But honestly you are steps away from downtown. Loved small walk to chair lift and then easy ski back to the apt at the end of the day. Great experience would definitely book again given the chance

My partner and had a great stay here! The check in process was smooth, and communication with the hosts was easy.
Pros - a short walk to Main Street, very clean, fan and humidifier in the bedroom, hot tub on site, quick access to the Snowflake chairlift (essentially ski in/ski out).
Cons - the bed & pillows were a bit uncomfortable and the TV was small. Upgrading these 2 items would have a big impact.
All said, if you’re looking for a centrally-located rental with a hot tub — this is your place!

Great location for skiing. Short walk to the lift in the morning and can ski to within a few yards in afternoon. Then you can walk to Main street for shopping and dining. The condo is comfortable and relaxing. Beds were cozy with lots of pillows. Would stay here again!

My boyfriend and I stayed for the weekend and had the best time! It was perfect for two people but you could definitely fit 4 if you wanted. The property management was very responsive via text the whole time. Quick walk to the snowflake chairlift and only a 10 minute walk from town. We will definitely stay again!

We had a great time staying here for our Breckenridge ski vacation. We took a shuttle from the airport, so we didn’t have a car, but the place is easily walkable to town and restaurants. Also, it’s very close to the ski trail for morning starts, though it’s a bit of an uphill walk. Returning from a ski day you can get closer, and we were able to ride a little patch of snow down the road and take off our skis right in front of the driveway. The room is on the second floor and there’s no ski lockers, but we were able to bring our equipment in and up the stairs with no problem (just tiring at the end of the day). Hot tub and sauna were fun additions, and we met and chatted with other cool guests. Would definitely stay here again. Great value accommodations.

Great spot for skiing and going into town. Near-perfect location and really nicely kept condo. The only semi-bad part was having to hike uphill (just a short hike but still a pain with all the ski gear!) about 5 mins to the closest ski lift. Otherwise it was ideal.

Wildwood suites is the BEST

This is our second time staying at this property and each time has been fantastic! It’s the perfect location for our skiing family as it’s right next to the 4 o’clock run! It has all the amenities you need for away from home and everything is CLEAN! My only complaint is the building itself has no elevators making it extremely difficult hauling luggage and ski gear….other than that we will come again! Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent place to stay for ski season, short, less than 10 minute walk to the Snowflake lift and after a day on the slopes, I was able to take my board all the way to the front door with the fresh snow covering the culdesac road surface. Short walk to Main Street too!
The interior was clean and updated, looks just like the pictures, back deck backs to trees so you have plenty of privacy from the condo downhill from the unit. Very peaceful, thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Came for skiing and it was just a short 3 minute walk to the snowflake lift. We were able to ski to the door off of the four o’clock run. Parking was easy. You could very well walk to Main Street, we just chose to drive since parking is free near the restaurants in the evening. The place was clean, ample towels and blankets. The balcony was a plus! You could see other skiers coming down the slope near the Airbnb. Great location and very quiet too! We will definitely stay here next time we come back!

Awesome location! Short 4 minute walk to get to snowflake lift (never busy) and you can ride down 4 o’clock run straight to the parking lot of the condo. After a few beers in the hot tub and sauna it’s only a 5 minute walk to get to the heart of Breckinridge for the rest of the evenings activities. Full kitchen for all the meals you want to stay in for. All around a great stay. Definitely plan to be back.
